Shipping Method
We use USPS Priority Mail (US Postal Service) which provides delivery confirmation.
This provides a higher level of security, which is what we demand for our customers.

We ship throughout the US.
Countries we ship to: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, South Africa, Sweden, Turkey, USA, The U.K., and Wales. If you do not see your country on the list, please email us. We add countries by request.
We ship via US Priority Mail within the US, and we use Global Priority Mail to ship outside the US.

Prices do NOT include import duty or VAT. You must pay these if due upon receipt.
Packaging
No cutting corners here. We use only sturdy boxes or envelopes to ship our packages. For further protection, fabric is placed inside a plastic package. This provides increased
protection from tearing, breakage, moisture or other harmful effects of shipping.
Shipping / Handling Charges
Our shipping costs are based on actual USPS standard retail shipping costs
based on weight. Costs are computed at the time you place your order according to product weight posted to our inventory system. Actual weight (and cost of shipping)
might actually cost us more or less than what you are charged. Although the system is quite accurate, once in a while someone is overcharged.
If you are overcharged $4.00 or more over the standard retail shipping rate, we will refund that amount to you (this does not include our commercial rate discounts).
Questions About Your Order Print a copy of your order and keep it in a safe place. It contains our contact information. Though
we work hard to keep our site up and running smoothly, technical difficulties beyond our control can arise. Should
our site go down temporarily, be assured that it will be back up as soon as humanly possible. Refer to our contact information
on your order form if you need to contact us.
Cut Your Shipping Costs
Remember that it doesn't cost much more to ship 5 yards of fabric than it does to ship 1 yard. To help save on
shipping costs, order several items at one time, rather than one yard today and another yard next week.
Color
Accuracy of Color
All fabrics are digitally scanned. Although colors might appear to be very accurate to us, they might
look different on your monitor.
Samples
Due to the fact that fabrics may differ in color from what you see on your monitor we offer free samples. If exact color is crucial, use the "contact" button on every page's top menu to request
sample fabric swatches (United States only). We will send up to 5 or 6 small samples (must fit into a letter size envelope).
Care of Fabric / Shrinkage
Pre-Treat Follow the directions posted on the site for each fabric type. All cotton fabrics experience some degree of
shrinkage. Please allow for this when purchasing. Our 100% cotton flannel shrank approximately 5"-6" over a two yard length, and
about 2" in width when we tested. This information is given as a guide only.
Children's Sleepwear Fabrics
Not Intended for Sleepwear Fabrics intended for children's sleepwear must meet certain specifications regarding flammability. Our flannels are a nice, heavy
quilter's quality flannel. They are all 100% cotton and are NOT INTENDED FOR SLEEPWEAR per the manufacturer; they have not been chemically treated

Secure Payment
Credit Card Order
When you go to "checkout" you will leave our site and you will enter a secure site. All credit card information will be taken on the secure site.
DO NOT CALL with credit card information; DO NOT EMAIL any credit card information. All credit card processing is done through the secure website.
Google Checkout We accept Google Checkout.
Personal Check Print out the mail-in form. Include a check made out to Sherrod Enterprises (Sherrod Enterprises is our company name). Include the shipping address,
if different from your address. When the check has cleared the bank, the order will be shipped. This can take several days.
PayPal We accept PayPal.
Sales Tax
State of Arizona Sales Tax will be added to all orders originating in the state of Arizona.
Out of Stock
Our inventory system tracks quantity available. Orders are not allowed to be placed for inventory not
available. However, problems can occur for reasons beyond our control. If we are unable to fill your order,
you will be contacted and funds due you will be refunded.

Shop With Confidence
Satisfaction guaranteed. We sell only top quality fabric. Whether it is a new line or discounted "past season" fabric, you can
be assured that it is the same quality. We don't sell what we would not sew with ourselves. However, we realize that you cannot "look and feel". Therefore, if you are in any way unhappy with your order, simply return it to us in its original
condition (uncut, unwashed etc.) within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your money.
Shipping Costs: If we sent the correct order, the shipping costs will not be refunded. If, however, the order
was not correct, we will refund all shipping costs. Please refer to our Privacy & Warranty Statement for more information.
Protect Yourself From Fraud
Do NOT respond to "spoof" emails. These are emails that are made to look like they come from a reputable company.
They usually tell you that there is a problem with your account, and that you need to click on a link to go to a page to fix the problem.
The link looks legitimate. It is not. It takes you to a fraudulent site. They will ask for your credit card information and other identifying information.
Reputable companies will never ask for such information by email, or through a link supplied in an email. Don't assume you are on the legitimate site unless you
have typed the address into the browser yourself (rather than clicking on an email link).
We will never ask for the following personal information in emails and we will never send you an email asking
you to go to a site to enter in such information:

Bank account numbers
Drivers License numbers
ALWAYS review your credit card statements and bank statements in a timely manner. Shop only on sites you know
to be reputable.
